Diana Farrell has been performing both concert classical music and opera roles for over 15 years. Private studio students will learn technique for optimal, healthy vocal production utilizing appropriate repertoire, as well as focus on vocal anatomy, musicianship, languages (including extensive study of the International Phonetic Alphabet), and audition and performance preparation. Students will also have local solo performance and competition opportunities, and masterclasses with some of Southern California’s premier professionals in the classical music and opera fields. Besides being an avid solo performer herself, Diana is the President and Artistic Director of Lyric Opera of Orange County, as well as a singer with the Pacific Chorale Chamber Choir. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, and the state and local chapters of the National Association for Music Education. She maintains a private virtual studio and teaches in-person out of Rancho Santa Margarita.
“I believe anyone can sing if they are met with guidance, knowledge, and enthusiastic encouragement and am excited to make music with folks as they develop their own unique voice!”
